Internships & Traineeships

Are you a global talent looking to enhance your experience and skills in the domain of sustainability ? Join our team which brings together diverse global professional experiences – ranging from the United Nations, international organizations, and national/sub-national governments to Fortune500 MNCs, grassroot NGOs and think tanks.

Students currently enrolled in academic programs or those who have graduated within last 12 months are welcome to apply to our internship program (2-8 months). Recent graduates can also join our traineeship program (full-time, 12 months). For selected students, the duration of internship can be decided based on their academic requirements/plans. Internships and traineeships can be pursued in one of the following tracks:

Sustainability Tracks

1. Sustainable Business & Finance: for students with degrees in business administration, finance, commerce, or related fields.
2. Sustainable Development & Public Policy: for students with degrees in law, public policy, environmental sciences, social sciences, social work or related fields.
3. Sustainable Engineering & Manufacturing: for students with degrees in engineering, technology, environmental engineering, or related fields.

Cross-Disciplinary Tracks

1. Data Analytics & Visualization: for students with prior experience in analyzing business/policy/development data and developing dashboards.
2. Communications: for students with prior experience in digital marketing (social media, websites, newsletters, etc.) and development of creative content (using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
3. Information Technology: for students with prior experience in data warehousing, data engineering, data security, API development, and web development.

Working Hours and Timings: Sustainability is a global challenge and we are looking for students from prestigious universities from all over the world. Internships would be remote with flexible timings (to be decided with the management at the beginning of the internship). Internships can be full-time (40 hours i.e. 5 days/ week) or part-time (24 hours i.e. 3 days/ week). Traineeships will be full-time (40 hours/week). Saturdays and Sundays will be weekly off. Minor accommodations can be made in exceptional cases.

Stipend: Stipend will be provided to interns and trainees, as appropriate.
